Inspired by the television show on Disney +, The Mandalorian, I wanted to create an animatronic of Baby Yoda, now known as Grogu. I started by taking a stuffed animal I purchased at Disney World and removed his hands and head from his body.  I then designed a structure to house the motors, to affix the hands and head to. This was my first attempt at an animatronic. I wanted to test my theory and see if I could design one before going onto a more complicated version.
